Predisposition for butt joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the hob, inclined and hermetically welded to the hob. Satin surface with cold area on the front of the plate. Circular hole for draining grease. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating takes place by means of armored resistances in Incoloy. Temperature control by means of thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to indicate the activation of the heating. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water from penetrating inside during cleaning operations.
