Electric fryer, 2 tanks capacity 10 lt.+10 lt. The top and bowls are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel; AISI 430 stainless steel casing, thickness 8/10; bottoms and internal parts in anti-corrosion material (aluminium sheet). Equipped with a drain cock positioned on the dashboard and a bend with a safe coupling for extracting the oil from the tank. Equipped with folding armored heating elements for cleaning and regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 100° to 190°C, main switch, safety thermostat and indicator lights indicating correct operation. Capacity of each tank 10 litres. Supplied for each tank no. 1 GN 1/1 basket with thermoplastic handle and nr. 1 tank filter. Total power 18 kW. Power supply voltage V AC 400+3N 50÷60 Hz.
