Gas griddle smooth plate top model. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in 20/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Rear fireplace in enamelled cast iron. Predisposition for butt joining. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the work surface, hermetically welded. Satin surface with cold area on the front of the plate. Circular hole for draining grease. Grease collection drawer. Heating takes place by means of stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. The gas is supplied via a safety tap. The cooking temperature is controlled manually. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter positioned on the dashboard and equipped with a rubber cap to protect against water. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water from penetrating inside during cleaning operations. Equipment equipped with four height-adjustable feet for positioning on a surface. IPX5 protection rating. Gas powered total power 7 kW.
